Student Research Assistants

Breanna Guindon

Breanna is a research assistant at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing. She graduated from Earlham College in 2016 with a degree in Biology and recently started the accelerated BSN program at the University of Pennsylvania. She hopes to eventually pursue a career as a Certified Nurse Midwife. Her current interests include HIV prevention and LGBTQ+ health.

Previously, Breanna worked as a research specialist in a molecular evolution lab at the University of Pennsylvania and spent a summer in Thailand doing research on malaria. She currently enjoys volunteering at Action Wellness in Philadelphia, where she has been a Buddy Volunteer for nearly 3 years.
