Ryan Tingler, MPH
Ryan C. Tingler (he/him) is a Project Manager at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing. Ryan is interested in the acceptability, adherence, and utilization of innovative pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) modalities for HIV prevention globally. Currently, his research is focusing on the safety, acceptability, and adherence to rectal douches, inserts, and suppositories among adolescents and adults. Previously, he has worked with the LGBTQIA+ communities in Ohio and Puerto Rico assessing experiences of discrimination and priorities of well-being.
Ryan graduated from Kent State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Public Health specializing in Global Health. Also, he graduated in 2016 with his Master of Public Health specializing in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Kent State University.
